What are Cinder candles made of?

All-natural soy wax, hand-poured in small batches in Canada, in one of three subtle scents: Clean Linen, Spring Blossom or Bohemian Rose.

How big are they?

The Bubble measures 2.36 × 2.36 × 2.36 in (6 cm). The Mini Bubble measures 1.57 × 1.57 × 1.57 in (4 cm).

Why does my candle look slightly different?

Every candle is hand-poured, so colour can vary a little from batch to batch, and screens show colour differently too. These variations are a natural part of the process and do not affect quality.

Can I order a custom colour?

Yes. We match custom shades as closely as possible and also pour occasional ombre shades. Send us a message with the colour, scent and quantity you have in mind.

Do you make wedding favours?

We do. Minimums are 24 Mini Bubbles in standard colours or 48 in a custom colour, with a 2–4 week lead time for standard orders and 4–6 weeks for custom. See our guide to wedding favours.

Shipping

We ship from Canada to customers worldwide. The shipping options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Every order is hand-poured and packed with care. We will email you when your order is on its way, with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Returns & Damaged Orders

Because candles are handmade and consumable, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email customercare@cindercandles.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address. We use them to fulfil your order and contact you about it, and never sell them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers — see Stripe’s privacy policy.

Your bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts and Cloudflare, which means your browser connects to them when a page loads.

Candle Care

On the first burn, let the wax melt evenly across the top before blowing it out.
Trim the wick to about ¼ in (6 mm) before each burn.
Burn on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, children, pets and anything flammable.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
